To start off, the quality of the items is impressive, making them reliable choices. The reason I’m giving this a 3-star rating is due to how long it takes to get answers about returns. There’s no customer service phone number, and you’re left waiting for a response that can take anywhere from 24 to 48 hours. I really think this should be faster, especially since there’s no direct line to reach out to. Plus, if your items arrive on a pallet and you decide to send them back because they don’t fit your needs, you’ll have to sort out the return yourself. This means dealing with the delivery box, not just the product box. I ended up spending £178 just to send my stuff back. I get that returning is on the customer, but come on, the company should be able to handle the pickup and just charge a fair fee. I’ve seen other companies that take care of this, making things way simpler, and they respond much quicker! You’ve got some lovely items, but you really need to step up your game when it comes to handling issues. I even chose to cancel my second order because the whole process was just too frustrating.

For almost two weeks, I've been attempting to get a reply from this company about a console table that showed up damaged. I've sent them emails with pictures and also reached out via their online messaging system. But so far, nada. My only choice now is to involve the credit card company. From what I've read in other reviews, it looks like they used to have a phone number listed on their site, but that seems to have been taken down recently.

I placed my order and shot off an email about it, but it got ignored. I sent another email, was told when the gift should show up, and now it’s been 3 days past that date with no sign of the gift, no updates, and it still says 'awaiting fulfilment' almost 3 weeks later.
